Trailer for 382

My boat 2001 382 came with a 2004 trailer with drive guard. I love the trailer, not many around with the drive guard. The previous owner dunked it in salt, and now I am paying for it. I am fixing to put the boat on a lift, and will try to repair the trailer.

Anyone know of another 46' tri axle eagle for sale with drive guard? I would really like to switch to alum, but can't find one that has a drive guard or braking system. I just spent 2500.00 to get the elec/hydraulic brakes to new including controller. And 8 new tires. I am just not sure how long it will last while rusting from inside out. I tried neutralizing the rust to no avail. Just can't get to the places that need attention.
If I could find a blank aluminum frame, I could transfer all of my new hardware to it.

Good luck. I have been looking for a trailer for 6 months now. Not to many that size available unless you want to spend $18,000.00 or more.

I would bet that most of the trailer mfg's would build a frame and put your stuff on it. Doesn't hurt to ask
