Weight of a 419 Fastech?

Does anyone know the weight of a 419 Fastech with and without engines? One of Formulas old brochers gives a number of 13,400/13,600 LBS! Is that with standard engines or without engines?

I've got a 2001 Formula Fastech book and it has it listed at 13,100 lbs. dry, with stock power, hope that helps.
