How does it route to the speedo, and which outdrive is it mounted to.

I have a hole in the tube and man does it spew alot of water. Enough to cycle the bilge pump in a 66mile trip.

I need to just cap it off, and replace the gauge with a gps unit.

It's actually on both if I remember. Both tubes need to be connected for speedo to work.
