292 fastech anchor locker latch
 

anyone know what size cut out this round latch uses? Been raining too much to uncover and measure.

Thinking of going stainless?

I thought about replacing with stainless but the what was thought to be broken latch was just out of adjustment. So i will just put that 50 bucks in the maintenace bucket and keep on trucking with the plastic latch for now.

I had a broken latch in the panel to get to the starboard battery. I ended up buying the SS latch for the anchor locker and used the old one to replace broken latch in the panel. They're the same size.

lol, thats not where I was going but thx , just wonder why some plastic, some stainless?

I know. Plastic latch on a $$ boat, esp the 2002 brouchure boat. Dont make sense to me either.

White was the look they were going for at that time. You had the white bow light, white anchor locker hinge, and white anchor locker latch. If you had the docking lights they were white too.

It wasn't until they switched to the SS bow light that they changed the latch, hinge, and docking lights all to SS.

I am just damn glad formula didnt put a white pvc cleat on the bow LOL.
