312 with whipplecharged 540's
 

Back about six years ago on boattrader.com a guy from Sacramento, Ca. had a late 90's(I believe a 1999) Formula 312 with twin whipplecharged 540's for sale for $59,900. I spoke to him a couple of times and he said he had the boat in the 105 range with more to go. Although, it seemed a little dangerous I was interested in the boat and was trying to find time to get out and look at it. By the time I found the time, I called him and he had :daz:sold it. Does anybody know what happened to the boat? Just got thinking about it tonight and was curious where it ended up.

Is it the one in the classifieds here on OSO?

i just looked and the one in the classifieds could be the one. and it's on the west coast which would make sense. that would be a fast, fast ride in a small boat!

don't look at those much but Ive seen a few, I look at my posibilities and the 242 for fun, I pretty much know of every 271, 272, 292, 303, 311 and 312, :lolhit: my phone has a great craigs app:evilb:
