What spark plugs for 1988 454 Merc Mag?

I've searched the site and google, but can't find a definitive answer. What does Merc recommend? Anyone have better luck with a different plug? Any garbage plugs to stay away from? What is the recommended gap? Thanks,

MR43T but look and see what you take out. GM used a short electrode and a long.
