Formula on craigslist, port side helm?
 

This 242 on craigslist has a port side help, starboard side passenger setup. Ever seen anything like it?

All I can think of is a picture produced backwards from a negative, or a lot of custom work.

Probably a backwards negative. look at the gauges, the needles are to the wrong side and the picture from the top of the boat shows a tree to the right off the nose. In the picture at distance the tree is really on the left. Unless the picture was taken in Poland.
