New to Me 1998 280SS
After much trials and tribulations (and since it is a boat, of course money) it has finally arrived at 1030 last nite. Needs a vaccuum and a bath, but at least it is here.

Oooooo.... purdy birdy! Congratulations!
|
Congrats and enjoy!
|
What options/motors does it have & how much was it?
|
twin 300 hp 5.7s, with BIII drives. It was 26k with 350 hours, in basically good condition, but needs a few door latches and other minor stuff. I had to spend some $$ on the trailer, tires and bearings.
|
Love the colors, is it the original paint? Sounds like a great setup; the small blocks should perform very well and still not break the bank at the fuel dock.
Safe boating! |

I will have to get my 330SS towed about 200 miles from NH to Cape Cod, MA . . . I was thinking about going with uShip.com to find a hauler. |
Does it have shore power, fridge, transom shower, etc?...
Also do not use uship. I heard bad things about haulers who are not able to handle the loads, but the accept them and charge you more in the end. find a local marina & see who they use. |
