Wood in transom of 2001 353 Fastech?
When did they stop using wood in the transom?
I think Ill be looking at a 353 quite soon.. |
News to me.
They didn't stop . . .
i think he might be confusing the interior parts that they made from plastic such as hatch trunk back seat ect
So what you all saying is that Formula still use wood in the transom??
2003 fastech 292 I just took apart has wood in transom
The only wood in the structure of the boat is the transom. The stringer system is a composite grid. All Formulas have a wood transom. Jeff Wurl

haha it's true all fastechs still utilize wood core transoms with composite stringers. formula does gel coat the cut out so when looking it will appear white. |
