What is the stock prop for 330hp B1 with 1:50 ratio?????

I was thinking that the stock prop for the 330HP B1 and 1:5 gear was a Miriage SS three blade 15 1/4 X 19P, right hand, is that right?

Tell me if I'm wrong because that is what I need a prop for.

Anyone have a prop laying around for this set up?

I am going to put stock power back in my 242SS. The prop was missing from the power package when I got there to pick it up and I sold the prop off my boat thinking I was going to stroke it up and use a larger wheel. Now that I have scrapped that idea I need the original prop back. :poopoo:

I have a Mirage Plus 23P in the swap shop if you are interested. It's been re-conditioned but looks pretty good. It's what I used before I raised my x-dimension. Similar hull, with the same motor/drive.

21 mirage plus will be what you want. 23 will be a little much for stock power.

I have a 19p mirage plus if your set on this prop I ran it with my 242 when it had the small block in it and alpha one, I ran a 23 plus with my bravo swap and 509 and currently run a 21 plus with my 454 with that has some where in the area of 365-400 hp.

Thanks but I don't think this 330hp will pull that wheel.

I heard some ran the 21. I'm not sure how to tell if that would work. This 242SS had a 19 when I got it.

I'm open for more pitch but 19 is what it had when I got it so I'm thinking to start there. What do you want for that 19?

if you pm me your email I can get some pictures to you by the weekend of the 19 plus. The 21 plus I run on the boat now really works nice I cruise at 30 mph at 3000 and have reached speeds of 62 mph at 4900 which is the max I can pull out of this motor all through gps speedo . Pretty much the same hull just different interior config....

Yep, the 21" is the one you want. Check out Formulaboatsforum.com.

Sweet. I replied over there too.

Ok so scratch the 19.

I need a 21 y'all. :lolhit:

So a stock Bravo1 single installation is RH rotation right?
I have a 26P Bravo1 LH four blade to trade for a good Mirage Plus, RH, 21P.

I run a 19P Rev 4 4-Blade prop on my 89' 242SS (stock power) and love it! The down pitch equalizes out with 4 blades and you get a great hole shot and more importantly (to me that is) lower planing speed... Lost 2-3 mph top end, but I personally don't drive around on full throttle all day so made no difference to me, especially when the stock 242ss is no rocketship to begin with

Thanks for that info. Do I understand right that the Rev4 is supposed to be better than the Bravo1 prop? I am expecting to run my Bravo1's on my LS but I might have to take a look at the Rev4 lineup.
