Price doesn't seem bad depending on condition.

Do you ever sleep?!?!?!? :party-smiley-004:

Crude Intentions 03-01-2013 05:51 AM

Yes. I'm at work and currently working midnight to noon central time. So after 1 or 2 pm you won't see me till like 1100 pm. When I'm home I sleep more normal hours. Midnight to 7 am. Just my job and the fact we are at the dock not offshore so I get bored. Lol

I love 402's they are huge....

sprink58 03-01-2013 08:06 PM

I might go look at that. I just wonder what power those engines make?

That boat needs 1000 HP I suspect to make 65~70.

Unlimited jd 03-01-2013 08:40 PM

Hawk 525's were 420's with b&m 174 blowers. So if tuned well 500-530

Crude Intentions 03-01-2013 11:27 PM

Definitely a big boat. Let me know if your gonna head over John. Ill be home next Thursday. I'd go look at it with ya.

I had a 402 with 600-625HP engines. It ran 70ish. I miss the cabin.

machloosy 03-04-2013 02:41 PM

The cabin in the 402's is like stepping back into the late 70's in Miami. Didn't the boat come from the factory with a crystal decanter and rock glass set?? hahaha awesome old school style

the decanters are missing but the interior is awesome. The 70's and 80's in miami were the greatest times ever.

Probably a 19p 4 blade or 21p mirage plus. Best prop on mine was a 25p revolution 4 blade. But I had 600hp per side

Aw man, they took out the swivel seats and table, that was the coolest. And the little lights and vents just like on a plane.

If anyone wants a decanter set, I got one, all three in decent shape.

I gotta admit, the boat has the best ride ever in rough water. Mine had almost 500 a side with TRS drives and ran almost 60 with 22 pitch Bravos. I do not miss washing it though :lolhit:

Sometimes I wish I had kept mine , redid the boat, installed some 3A drives. They do ride very well. Mine was freakishly fast compared to some other 402's. I broke 70 with mine a few times. I think with 800's it would have tickled 80.

chris302 03-11-2013 10:57 PM

yea when it comes to wash and wax time on the 402 I reeeally miss my 302

IMO a set of konrads and some 650hp engines and you could probably run 75mph.

smcser 03-20-2013 08:23 PM

I have a 84 with 502 efi mags turning 22 b1. It will hit in the low 50's but a little over proped. Orginal interior, redone cockpit. All white with blue strip, some hull mods on the top side.

AND IT'S FOR SALE!
