The "new" boat is finally home!
Well, After a failed attempt to buy a 312 that was here in the classifieds forever (no wonder why), I found a 353 in Ohio that belonged to a member on here (jimkiav). I drove down looked at the boat and left him with a deposit. Last week bought a trailer from Mike "offthefront".
We left Sunday night and got to Huron, OH about midnight. After a few beers at the local bar we finally got some sleep..... and got up to a few inches of snow. The guys at Huron lagoons marina were awesome and spent a ton of time in the cold weather getting the boat ready, running for us so we can finally hear it and loading us on the trailer. oh... and we had it up to 75mph on GPS............................................... .................................................. ........................
