Dockside pump out
 

Evidently the cap for the pump out has never been used on my 2007 382. After it pops out does it unscrew from there? I don't want to force it until I know for sure. Previous owner didn't use the head or anything else since all the acc.were still factory wrapped. I'm concerned the cap is corroded shut.
