Generally when someone looks to sell fast they have a below market price. Most times you don't sell fast for top dollar. Just look around.

That was an assumption based on context clues and experience. Wouldn't we all love to sell everything we own fast for absolute top dollar, fast and top dollar rarely go together. "NEED" to sell was stated in the title, at that price he doesn't need to sell that bad. That boat will still be on the market next year

Not trying to be a jerk, but this was listed today. Just so your friend knows where the market is at. IMO this one is a bit underpriced, and will most likely sell fast
