I'm pretty sure it was a scam and he would have left it up and collect as many "deposits" as he could! I'd say he got called out on it.

yep.....screams scam! Unless the buyer (who seemed to be a dealer) bought it legitimately and when it gets relisted on his site next week for full retail he doesn't want people referencing the low price on the ebay ad....... buy low/sell high on a high profile boat has been done before by this dealer! :D

I'm pretty sure that it's the same boat... there aren't many of these 353's with that paint scheme floating around. Ad now reads "Sold"...
