Transport a 357 from Cali to Mass

Hi all looking for some input on getting a 357 on a trailer that needs work shipped from Cali to Mass. Needs to be on a flatbed. Looking for companies that might do this kind of transport.

Thanks

Try uship, but it will certainly cost more than the boat . . . is it really worth it?

Maybe you can get it on that shipping show that's on TV!

Try Werner Transport, They have the contract w/Tracker Boats and deliver all over the country. They are Corporate'ly located in Omaha NE. Since you need it hauled on a semi Trailer, this may be a great option. Its going to be pricey no matter which way you go.

Why do you want it on a flatbed? I ship motorcycles daily and have talked to some transporters about shipping my boat to different places.

Trailer needs work.

For the difference in the cost of shipping on a Semi Trailer to just pull hauling, you could rebuild the trailer or possibly even buy a different one (especially if the trailer place takes that one on trade)

It is another option, and quite honestly it should save you a bunch of money...

Price will vary, can't make the blanket statement that it will be very expensive. Depends on schedule- if a suitable truck is ready to leave and doesn't have a load it might not be bad. I had a 357 flatbedded from Vegas to NY and a 38 towed from LA to NY. Go to U- Ship and advertise the job. Do your due diligence on the shippers and see what bids you get.

Both Good Ideas. I got a quote of 6k.

I would like something similar to this boat but closer and perhaps with not so many unknowns.
