Anyway to put a Police report in for theft of your seat base? Possibly small claims?

I woke up thinking about this thread. I hope you can stick it to this guy somehow. I say after you get a new seat you should let us know then all of us start calling the guy. Ask him if he has a seat for sale? Idk just hate crooks

New seat on order. Probably be a few more weeks. The guys at Formula are amazing to deal with, specifically Steve Tester. He really knows his stuff about these boats. Top notch customer service!

Had a convo with a local guy who knows this guys history. I guess he used to own a boat dealership. Sold that business and is now doing upholstery. So, basically he has 30 years experience(according to his business card) in the boat industry but not that in upholstery. I am still blown away the boat dealer is holding strong to protect this guy.

At the end of the day, Formula has gone above and beyond with their support to help me with this problem. I have been boating the last two weekends with no back seat.

Your backseat is missing? I hadn't noticed in the photo.

The hatch upholstery looks to be in very fine condition.

Damn fine

Formula is really good at helping people solve problems like this. I would have done exactly what you did to get this over with.

What did they charge you for the seat? Make sure you let the other d-bag know so you can tell him to shove it up his arse.
