Graphics Removal
 

Has anybody removed the pink/teal graphics off of their late 80's/early 90's?
Are they painted on or vinyl?
I have yet to pick up the 242 I'm buying and it has these...I can't get away with a mullet at work so they have to go. Plus I threw out all of my whitesnake tapes 10 years ago.

Yeah, interior and wrap will be a winter project.

Have thought about just repainting the graphics. Keep the same strips, just change the colors. That way you just have to sand them to be painted over and not take them totally off.

Yeah, that crossed my mind as well.
I'll do some closer examination when I get it home next weekend.

Embrace the pink n teal! About the only acceptable change to those birds is adding horsepower. Cosmetic changes generally significantly reduce resale.

Its only pink if its someone elses, If you own it its fucia!! LMAO :lolhit::lolhit: I got a little bit of purple to :lolhit:
