The camera doesn't do it justice but it was pretty rough out there. Not many 20 foot boats could take it like a 206.

Your right it does not take much for the water to get nasty but it can be fun. How far up the coast are ya.

Great vid.

That was just inside of Seguin island in the mouth of the Kennebec River.

Nice video! Do you guys ever come up to Rockland Belfast Bangor area?

Biggus 09-09-2014 05:38 AM

That little 206 was slicing it up pretty well! -The bow of the film boat looks like an old friend Wayne Warren's 242.

Nice vid!

That is his old boat. I bought it last fall and as has been great so far. Trying to make plans to get it back on sebago within the next couple weeks. Have been trying to get there all summer.

Did you see me looking back, I was trying to see what happened to the Cigs and Fountains..... ;-)

Hey, I know you guys, I am the guy with the 242 SS. We are going down river from Gardiner on Saturday because my band is playing at the Herringbone in Boothbay Saturday night. We will be spending the night on the boat. Then on the 28th, we will be at Robinsons wharf for an afternoon gig. I think we play like 1-4. The band is School St Band.

Awesome, I am usually out in the 272 with mohawk in the 242. We are always out. PM me maybe we can finally hook up

Wow, that's cool. Funny how you can recognize an old boat from years back just by the little details. I was just talking to Wayne's wife just a couple hours ago and mentioned I might have seen his old boat on a Youtube vid!

Glad it's still running well, I put that motor in for him back in 2002.

Yea it's running great. I pulled the motor over the winter and did some work including a roller cam and top end build. Short block was in great shape and noticed it was 30 over.

Mr Maine, I tried to pm you, but says you are overloaded of pm's

Mr Maine 09-10-2014 06:06 AM

I cleaned up my PM box

That was one hell of a swell of wave at 43 seconds. Should have took the 206 off a sweet jump :)

The 206 is a little tank, even in 2 foot chop the ride can be smooth as glass. I luv my 206.
