It used to take me hours to blow leaves when we lived back in the Midwest, now I pick up an occasional palm leaf, two minutes, more time for boating.......................lol.

Funny,... I was looking at the leaves in the backyard yesterday, as it was raining and sleeting saying to myself "GOD... I really don't want to rake leaves..." especially when it's 34 outside.
I feel warmer just looking at that setup!

See that's a nice setup. I also have boat lift envy... i always say i want to build a cover/canopy over my elevator. I really would like a boat garage lol.
So do you have to go through the lock to get out of your development? How is cape coral as a whole? The area really intrigues me because how it is close to enough but still kind of away. Like Ft. Myers is a few mins away and you are setup in a great area for boating.
Im liking the idea of Sandoval or something similar where you go through a gate everything is maintained meticulously and you just pay your HOAs.

No, we don't have any locks or bridges, when I'm off the lift, it's about 15 minutes idle through our canal to the river, then ten more minutes through the "miserable mile" then it's WOT
