I didn't notice any transom knees installed " extra stringer's to hold weight of outboard on transom " ? maybe i missed it ?

I saw that , i just didn't see the added stringers to hold on to that extra weight on the transom, " I guess that single stringer is strong enough "

Top of bracket is bolted to the swim platform for extra support. I will post photo later.

do you recall how/what you did with the wireing to remove the aux gauges? i will be tackling that here soon and know if i unplug the gauge panel the boat is basically dead...

it’s a harness with most wires running from dash to engine compartment. Separate wires of what you want to keep and drag the rest out of gunwale
