Formula Trim Technique - 292,302,311,347 ?

What is everyones technique for trimming out a formula. It is pretty cumbersome screwing around with the dash at speed. What is your favorite all around settings on the drives and planes?

Trim it out until it slows down, then back in just a touch. So many variables, there really isn't a good all around setting. I will say my straight bottom SR1 liked as much trim as you could give it. I used to bump the trailer button for the last MPH or 2. The fastech doesn't need as much trim to free the boat up.

My 292 runs best at neutral to slightly positive trim. Once the boat planes out, I set the trim and never touch it again.
