We have a 280, with 300hp 350's. 2000. Everyone loves it, family and friends.

Tow it with a 1/2 ton Ram - 2014 hemi, for local trips - no issues. Hauled it from Florida with a 3/4 Ram, you forget it's behind you.

Fuel econ is ok, run it at WOT (57 MPH) and it drinks like a big offshore. Run it like it's meant to be run (low 40's) and it's like any other boat in the class.

V6's aren't that bad, they are far better than a single 454.

Love the 260 too, would have bought it if I found a 496.
