My 242 measures 26" center to center. I have stainless marine manifolds on a 454/bravo.

LOL thanks Mohawk , its look'in like they drilled holes where they felt like !!! I did pick up some soft wall "No Wire" hose and i did get them together but there is a lot of tension because of the misalignment, not sure if i like that !!

Also, the SM riser can swivel on the manifold, point it where you want and lock it down. I'm sure that helps along with short risers and long exhaust hose.

I had a similar situation putting the EMIs on my 223. It crinkles the hose a little bit to get them on there, but it has been just fine for 4 years.

We'll guess it not just me, I have a buddy getting me soft wall & silicone exhaust hose to try hopefully something works !! Thanks for the info !

I have an 89 242 ls 454 mag with emi and it's no problem. I had to tear it down last night due to a snapped rocker stud but will have back together in a week or so and can post pics. Will measure My outlets tomorrow.
