Formula 336 Outboard conversion

This is not mine. I found this for sale. Not promoting sale just pictures and ideas of outboard possibilities. If only they would have put a pair of 400's instead of the 225's. Unfortunately does not post speed.

I would think it would run mid to upper 40s. Don't know why anyone would go through all the trouble. Wonder if they just left the big blocks in the bilge- haha

I bet the 350 crossover will be a big hit. I talked to Scott P at the St Louis boat show 4-5 years ago and asked about the possibility of using the 350 or 370 hulls for a center console and they had no interest. But now he has figured out how to take advantage of the Verado market catching on fire. I owned IOs for 25 years, but not sure I'd go back to them after having these V'Rods for the last 3.

Love my old Verados but still think they look a bit out of place on 'cruiser' type boats.
When Sea Ray introduced the 370 Venture a few years ago I got a bit excited and wondered if I could end up with one some day. Still think they're a nice looking boat but they didn't last long. Sea Ray haven't had many failures but this one did not catch on........

I thought that SeaRay was going to be a hit too. Tells you what I know about buyer preferences.
