FEELER..Thinking about selling my 292
 

Considering selling my 2002 292, its optioned out with the Scorpions with around 410 hrs. Seems to be a pretty rare combo, anyone out there with any interest?

Pics are always a good thing...

I don't see many with the 377 Scorpions. Nice power in a small package. If you have pics or more specs, it will help to get the word out.

Question: Do the Scorpions have similar top-end maintenance schedules as the 500/525's? I thought they did, but am not sure.

Here are some links for some photos I had saved from last year. I do not have recent photos as it is in storage. To my knowledge there is no top end refresh requirement (I had a HP500 so I am familiar with the spring/valve refresh) per the Merc engine manual I own. I have not listed the boat yet as I'm still looking around to see if there is something I may like to upgrade too.

Boat has full cover, brand new cockpit cover, new stereo, hydraulic steering, and labbed props. Best of 76.7 with 3/4 tank and 1 passenger end of last summer. Very balanced setup, just looking at center consoles and 353s lately.

Love that boat it went on the market right after I bought my 292. I would have snapped that up in a heartbeat

Boat looks like its in great shape, interior looks good too and those Scorps are a rare combo indeed. January isn't probably the best sellers market in MD, but depending on what you're asking, I think you'll have no problem selling it. I'd list it on here, boattrader, the Facebook group pages and craigslist. Good luck!
