I captured these images and videos using the Sony a99 DSLT camera. The limitation for video is that you zoom by turning the lens instead of pushing a button. This makes it challenging when moving at 70mph. The payoff is that images are captured in full frame and in full HD. Hard to beat that resolution.

The lens is the Sigma Art 24-105mm f4.0. It is a solid performer and built like a tank.

Video software is Power Director v.15 by CyberLink. Just started using it. Fairly intuitive and there are plenty of instructional videos on YouTube.

Doing well man! Bummed I couldn't make the Hudson River Run this year with you all! Always next. Anyways, yeah let me know, if my boat is gone, I will figure something out to make the trip.

He's always welcome to ride on my boat, but its 20 mph slower than yours hahaha so we might not be able to keep up for pictures.
