Bilge Blowers

Is it common for Formula to install 2 Bilge Blowers? I have a 97 232 It looks as if there are 2 bilge blowers. One is real noisy, so I'm looking to change both. Thanks!!!!

Every formula I have seen has 2. I suppose it is a safety precaution. If one dies you still have one working.
