I have a friend who wants to sell a 1998 Formula 271 with 60hours on it with a trailer ( A used trailer from a fountain) for 50K

He NEVER uses the boat it just sits in the water at his house, also I hear stories of these boats being pigs when it comes to planeing it has a 502/415 in it What do you think????:confused:

Sounds like about the average price for them. There is a 2000 on boat trader for the same price, I don't remember if it had the same engine.

?? What drive spacer you talking about ??

Newer Bravos and Bravo 111s have more of a slot instead of a hole where the bar from the trim cylinders go through above the prop. The spacer is placed behind the bar on the B3's to limit the amount of negitive trim. It should be in front in B1's. Problem with a lot of 271's is the spacer was in back. By switching it you get more negative travel and can use this while coming up on plane;)
