A 27 Mirage might even get you bumping on 80. That’s flying!

Tom, she’s making a lot of power. I would say 575+ to get that out of her.

As I get more comfortable, I will try to fully document/baseline the #s/performance (rpm/mph, etc...)
I have optional 3 blade, 27P, Mirage plus that are supposed to be the top speed props (allowing the engines to achieve higher rpms...closer to their design max)...BUT as it is right now, I'm PLEASED with the package.
I will say, 1 hour of playing...4 hours of flushing/cleaning/etc...
:-)

Tom, sounds like you’ve got her dialed in pretty nicely. If you wanted to go for a hero run, you could try the 3-blades but the cupping of the Plus props might not give up enough RPM to make it worth it.

Being a fresh water boat running on the rivers and such, I’ll bet she’s never been as fast as you’ve had her. With some time behind the wheel, I’ll bet you can start sneaking up on 80. A shorter lower would get you there too... if you really got the speed bug going.

You’ve really got me wanting to build my 600’s!

And yes... one hour of fun equals hours of cleaning. Personally, I don’t mind it much. I crank up the tunes and get to work.

When I used earbuds (instead of crummy laptop speakers) and cranked it up...I am happy with the sound and performance! Then about a 38-42 foot center console with 4 400 outboards went by at full gallop...:-)

Tom, what if you put it on youtube then post the link or embed it in your post?
