Anybody know this 272 SR1 in R.I.
 

I am looking at this 272 SR1 located in Rhode Island. Was previously located on Lake Winnipesukee, I believe.
Here are a few pictures 1 before the Wrap and some after.
Any info appreciated.

Good looking boat before and after. A white rub rail with that wrap and people wouldn’t know it was over 30 years old

Oh and that middle pic is from the tipsy seagull at Borden light marina

Small blocks and alphas asking 20k for it? I’ve seen it a few times, couple buddies know it well. Seems like a lot of money for it
