Need Silent Thunder box for 2001 353 Fastech
 

My Silent Thunder box developed a substantial crack on the underside above the right drive. If anyone has a take off Silent Thunder box in good shape they'd like to sell, please let me know. The boat has 500 efi engines but I don't think that matters. Thanks, Bill

We took a box off of a 2002 35 and it is still in my shop. Good shape as I remember with just drain plugs missing. I can send pics if you like?

Hell no they are ugly as hell I’ve tossed a 382 and 292 ST box in the last few years this one is next! And the OP is better off losing it and throwing on some mufflers like the factory finally did

ugly? no way. my 272 looks awesome with it. without it i think it would look like the old bajas that had the back squared off, not appealing. the lines with the box on is very appealing, my opinion.

I think you are referring to the older ones, what they are looking for is the fiberglass box that hangs under the swim platform. From the side on the newer Fastech's you cannot tell if it has a silient thunder box or not
