Vinyl Interior Paint
My front seats had some pretty awful spots in the gray areas. Especially parts that faced straight up.
I removed them, took them apart, prepped per the manufacturer, and coated with SEM Marine Formula Gray. Apparently, the gray needs it's own paint. Looks pretty good! https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...6f95ba67de.jpg https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...8bb2dc5aeb.jpg Before = Nasty https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...30a54aec1b.jpg |
I had a CrisCraft that had some color issues back in the 90's. I did the same thing. They looked great, but the got hot in the sun compared to the natural dye. Just FYI.

FWIW, Suntan lotion will break down the SEM coating quickly. I tried this one before and it needed to be recoated a couple times before I gave up and took it to the trim shop to be reupholstered.

BIG difference, for sure! Even if it's just a 'stop-gap measure', it works nicely. Great job.
