price eval question - full camper top and camper bimini

i've got a full camper top and the camper bimini that extends back towards the transom that i've got an interested buyer in. its all original, matched to the color of the boat. we dont use it, so I dont mind getting rid of it, and he's made an offer of 1K for it. what's it actually worth, and should I sell it for that?

late reply, but the local boat canvas shop quoted me 10K to make a camper enclosure for our 280ss...
