34PC leaning under power

I have a 2011 34PC and boat on Lake Erie. Does anyone have trouble with the boat leaning to starboard when turning to port under power? I keep the drives down and trims tabs running about 20%. Also, when running on the water, it will catch some waves and lean as well, either port or starboard. The boat recovers, but it is frustrating.

Do you *always* have your tabs down? If so, why?
Are your trim indicators accurate?

The trim tab indicators are 10 small lights for each side. I generally use them to get the boat up on plane. Then raise them once the boat stabilizes. I believe they are accurate, but will figure out how to measure them before this springs launch.

Are you keeping the drives tucked all the way in? My 280 w/single 496 likes some positive trim.

Your potable water tank is on one side and your sanitary tank on the other. Is one full and one empty? Has anything been added or moved to one side?

Good Morning and thanks for your comment. The sanitary tank is port side and the potable tank is dead center in the bow. I don't keep much water in the potable tank. The boat does not list. The issue of leaning only happens under power and only for a short period of time and the boat corrects after a short time. Just wondering if anyone with a similar model, 34PC, has similar issues.

Try calling the folks at Formula and explain your concerns. Maybe they can give you some tips on how to control or avoid this leaning. Worth a call IMO.

No experience with that boat, but most leaning issues I’ve witnessed is from from too much of the nose in the water. Ie: bow steering. Road in one boat the other year (larson) that rolled boat on it’s side and tried throwing you out. Doh. More careful use of trim solved that.
