Looking at some 98-01 382s for an upgrade from a 99 Donzi 33zx ... I have read about the Plexus bonding issues; deck to hull seems to be most common and normally presents as water leaks and less common but more serious would be Plexus bonding issues in bilge with structural grid.

Are there any other common areas to watch out for -- transom rot???

Obviously these are 20+ year old boats just trying not to miss something common to the brand/model.
