The Next Chapter - 272SR1
I’m back :ernaehrung004:
Greetings Formula Family. I have returned with another ol’ bird renovation. This time, she’s a 1989 272SR1 that I picked up in VA a few years ago which then was sold to a friend, and now is back in my possession. After some personal family/marital status changes that forced me to sell the 357SR1 last year, I am starting over with this gem. Looking forward to this revival for many different reasons. Stay tuned…. https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...2fccc611a.jpeg |
What does it need done? I see the rub rail is off. I like the color scheme.

What are your plans with it? upgrading power after the resto?

NC03GT Plan to get her back to her former glory. I have a set of lower hour factory sealed 454's to install for simple, turn-key power.
May plan for larger power as time goes on but looking to just get back out on the river with minimal wrench time for now. |
She's going to be nice, brother!
And you already know she's got the best color scheme... https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...c4bbff0cbb.jpg |
Can't wait to see the project unfold. Congrats.
