6.2's OIL PRESSURE
 

I recently purchased a new 292 w/6.2's and last weekend, while at idle & in gear, I glanced down at my gauges and saw both oil pressure guages were low. The port guage was around 5 psi and actually had the light on. As soon as I proceeded to accelerate the port guage went to 39 psi and the starboard to 40psi. I've been around long enough to know that at idle the pressure sometimes will show low but, is this to the extreme?? Any help is appreciated.

The first few times I ran my 292 the oil pressure lights came on at idle. They stopped coming on after a couple of hours on the motors.

? DID YOUR 292 COME THROUGH WITH LAB ED 28'S ? ALSO WHAT ARE YOU GETTING FOR PERFORMANCE RPM'S SPEED AND HOW IS YOUR HOLE SHOT??? I RUN A 2002 292 WITH 6.2'S THANKS
