Troutly, have you "splashed" it yet?
Just wondering if you've been able to splash that beauty yet? Let us know.............
|
Don't forget the camera! Not that I don't already have many pictures of the boat from Formula. It just seems like a real boat know that someone owns it. Have fun.
|
How about bringing it down to Sarasota for the races?
|
So did you drag that thing to the water or are you still studying it?:D
|
He's taking "driving" lessons from "Too Old".
|
Sorry to hear about the troubles:( Takes some of the fun out of a new boat. Dosen't sound like anything that cannot be fixed.
I am curious what kind of slip numbers you were getting versus what you expected ? |
Still sounds better than my boat...........oh yeah, I don't have a boat....:D
It was friggin' hot on Saturday. |
WOW....25% does seem high. What props and drive ratios are on the 382 ?
This whole thing of prop slip is of a lot of interest to me. My boat weighs 10,500 - 11,500 depending on fuel, water, people etc. With a set of stock 32's, I range from 13% to 17% slip. I know that "labbing" the props will increase the slip numbers, but will also increase the speed. Just curious what you are experiencing relative to my experience.:D |
