This boat is some what of an annomoly. I am not sure why but this boat rides SWEET. It rides like a much bigger boat. I am not sure about the newer decks like Cuda's shows but on my deck the thing is VERY flexable and the thing is not bonded to the hull at all. In I believe it was 1984 they changed that and bonded it and also through bolted the hull halfs with bolts instead of screws.
