What's a 357 Kaama worth??
I was just wondering what one would expect to pay for an 86' 357 in pretty good overall condition? Boat has spruced up 454's and a trailer. I was hoping someone could shed some light for me. Thanks

My guess would be 40-ish. If it's a really nice turn key rig then maybe 44 or so. That's getting pretty old though so if I were buying I would be offering mid thirties tops, regardless of condition.

I'd say 35 to 40 K if it's in really good shape. Check for stress cracks, those 357's are known to flex.

I agree, in the forties. Now a 302 with Kaama's is worth twice that much!;)

I paid $31k for this '85 with blown 454s (540hp) with 81 hours on engines and trailer. ($22,000 was spent on engine rebuilds). Bought it about 6 months ago in VT. Nice boat. Needs some TLC but I thought it was a good deal. Here are a few pics. I don't know that I'd pay 40s for an '86 with Kammas. But, it depends on the condition.

Deck -
They do flex. But, I was told by a few people that when i replace the rub rail I could thru bolt the deck/hull to replace the scrwes and it helps the flex a lot. |

All the vinyl was in good shape - one or two "fixed" tears but not bad.
