Fuse replacement question
 
I need to replace one of the stock fuses and am not sure where to track one down. It is a push-pull style made in Germany and has the letters "E-T-A" with 115V ac, 28V dc below. Any ideas as to where I might be able to track a 15-amp version of this fuse down? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
