Of course I still have the 3700 dollar boat that I've put 12-14k in that I probably couldn't sell for three grand the way it sits! :D
You gotta love it, or just be crazy. I think I'm both. :drink: |

I just made the last payment on my old bird, It still turns heads.
A friend who is in the marine biz and get's to drive 100's of boats has commented that my old bird is the best handling boat he has ever driven. This is the first boat that my wife actually loves, and won't let me consider selling. It;s also the only boat that I have had unsolicited offers to buy. She's 16, She's beautiful and she's mine! |

Ernie -
357 with swim platform is 37'7" So, the 382 with the molded in swim platform should still be a little bigger. |

Re: Hats off to older Formulas!!
My 302 was from an ex Formula dealer in St Pete. He still had it in stock when he lost his dealership. His son in law took it out once in a while I think is the story. I believe it had 42 hours on it when Bill, 302 SR1, bought it in 2001. Correct me if I wrong Bill. I have the original list price on it here somewhere, just going by memory, I think it listed at $148k in 1986. That was a lot of jingle for a 30 foot boat in '86 dollars. That's probably the reason he still had it when he lost his dealership.
