Lonestar,
Are you serious about the Roadrunner? Mine is an 81 and was sold with the 233LS. It's plain steel, never been in salt and it has no issues save for normal wear and tear. (It's only a little older than I am) so I'm not sure what issues to look for. You got my attention and concern about what I need to be looking for though... do share.

To be honest I didn't even notice he had typed "Roadrunner" not "Roadmaster"
I do wish he would enlighten us on which one he has or had.....

Hey Rip,
Gina is doing better every day. It's alot of work for her but she is working through it nicely. Thanks for asking.

Yeah, boat stuff!!!!! Buddy's barn where the boat is has been insulated and heated. Now we're ready to pull the engines. Nice seperate smaller shop area for rebuilding. Looking forward to fresh motors.

Say hi to Dianne for us, see ya soon buddy.

Long live Montrose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (even though they're long dead)

The Baja looks like it sits on there fine. Why does he want to sell it so bad? I would just keep it and run it.

Sorry so long to correct. I was wrong in saying that. I was referring to ROADRUNNER not Roadmaster. I do apologize for any toes stepped on. I guess I'll try to remove foot from mouth now

I can't go back on trailers that far, I had 2 in the last 4 years. They both were under Crownline boats and both were terrible. My main problem was the lack of customer service. I was pulling a 27' crownline on the second one and couldn't stop the trailer if my life depended on it. I live down the road from Roadrunner and couldn't get anything done to correct the problem. Several guys are pulling bigger boats with them, and I just cringe when I see them.

Once again, I was talking Roadrunner not Roadmaster

Re: What would this trialer be worth???

Thanks for clearing that up for us Lonestar!! :)
No hard feelings here!!!

Audio, Well it kinda fits the boat....and I thought the same thing, but when I looked closer I can see that it is not adjustable (he would have to have it cut and re-welded it to fit his boat) Plus, when I went with him to the lake to help with his maiden voyage, it was a pain in the A$$ to load back up!!!

Re: What would this trialer be worth???

Thanks for the clarification Lonestar. Mine is a tandem and has the 4 sets of drums on it. I've locked the wheels up with some emergency stops before and under normal conditions, it stops just fine when pulled by the little Cherokee. The closest Roadrunner service I know of is in TX so I won't be needing them.

Any other issues aside from an unhelpful sales group?
