You can buy that curtain track at any rv store. They use it in all bunk models. $10.00 for a 8' length.

mine broke too on my lightning, i had a friend of mine machine me a piece out of billet with a ball-end mill. i polished it up, it looks kinda trick. just an idea, and it is a whole lot heavier duty than the plastic junk.
