Performance with Xtreme drive
 

Anyone have experience with Imco Xtreme lower unit on step bottom 38 or 42 Fountain? Any improvement in speed or handling? What length drive was used?

recess88 try to post this on general board. i'm pretty sure rod at performance marine. in oshkosh,worked on a 38 with those drives,he would talk to you. i think the boat he was building had 1300 hp. he going to run it in the shoot out but i think he had problems. he monitors the board.
