380 trim tabs
 

Question: I am looking at a 2001 42ft lightning with those silly fountain tabs, does anybody know if the base of the tab on the boat is the same so that I can just change to the 380 plates??? The dealer is measuring now but I thought I would ask here to see if anybody has already made the switch.....BZ

i though all sport boats had merc racing tabs

so then to put the 380's on you would have to change the mounting plate on the boat as well??? do any of the holes line up????
