Maybe next weekend. Maybe next winter if I have a diesel, I am liking to head to FL and store/use it there. Jet down every 3-4 wks for a mission. |

My computer won't play those files. Don't know why. I was out Sat and today but I only got as far as Racine. Saturday was great, today was a bit cooler and rougher.
Looking for one more weekend and then its time to put it away. |
Re: Lake Michigan- Milwaukee
Today we did our 3rd shake down run of the season...we had issues with the ignition on the Port motor, not to mention the drive and exhaust delays that ate up most of the summer.
I'm happy to report that she ran absolutely flawless. And yes those occasional 8's kept your attention :p I hope that this fall continues to be warm and dry for an extended summer. |

We brought the boat home today. It's the first time I put the boat on the trailer since last October. I love my Hydro-Hoist. :D Dan |

B4M,
Mark will have some edited Chicago Poker Run footage at the Pirates Ball. You may recognize some of it. :D THANKS!!!!!! Dan |
Re: Lake Michigan- Milwaukee
Sat was awesome in Milw. Small craft warnings but with the west wind you could pick how much air one wanted to grab by venturing further offshore.
My last trip :( All went well for 2005 and didn't break anything. Except my cooler AGAIN >>WTF? |

Re: Lake Michigan- Milwaukee
Only saw 1 powerboat and one sailboat today. It was fairly calm with some 3 foot swells. North Point is down to about about 20 -25 % of the boats still in the water.
Put the boat on the trailer and dragged it home for the clean up. The oil is changed but the raw water still needs to get purged. Man I can't believe it is over! |

Re: Lake Michigan- Milwaukee
I went out every Sat and Sunday except for 1 rain day. Oddly, I only put on 70 hours while my average has been 140 for the last 3 years. It wasn't the gas prices either, I have all winter to pay for that.
