38 Sport Cruiser (exhaust)

I have a 1991 38 Sport Cruiser. (fresh water)
1. What would be the best way to find the correct replacement exhaust manifolds and risers?
2. Will it make a difference that the motors are staggered?
3. Can anybody give me helpful hints? The do's and don't of changing the exhaust? Thanks
