I've got a 1995 35" with hp500s. Will B&M 250's fit under the hatch?

I dont think they will, you can probably use hatch inserts, might also require some foam, upholstery work on the hatch.

I've got a buddy with a 1992 35' that fit 420's under his hatch. He had really really small flame arrestors tho.

It looks like you have hatch inserts. without them a blower won't fit.

my buddy has a pair of 256 wielands (sp) in his 95 35. There are hatch inserts to make them fit. He does have intercoolers though.

The dude has a 1995, that is a stepped bottom, they don't have as much hieght as a regular bottom. It looks like from your pictures you have hatch inserts.
